1. For this course a schedule has been very key in helping me make sure I get my work done and it helps a lot with making me sure I know what to do. I have set times of the week aside to get all this work done and it ended up not being that bad becuase I am never caught off guard with an assignment.
2. I have a non-profit and one time we were fundraising for a trip we wanted to go on very bad, and after so many fundraising attempts we couldnt come up with enough money. Everyone wanted to give up because of all the hard work we did and the little money we got in return. I pushed our team to do one more and we hosted a super cool yoga event and after that we were so generously given the amount we needed by a specific couple people. WIth this class, it has definitely taught me to keep a better schedule as I do not go to the in class class, therefore it is imperative that I stay on top of things on my own. I think this point is the reason why this class has helped me be more tenacious in how I do work.
3. I would definitely suggest making and keeping a schedule of the work you have to do from the first week as the assignments come out the same time every week. Also, I would suggest to always check their calendar on canvas, it is something I do every morning to make sure I am up to date. As far as developing a tenacious mindset, I think something I do is always have what I want in the future on my mind in the current to motivate me to grind all the time. I always think about what it takes to be successfull and have a wealthy person in mind knowing what they did to get where they are, which continues to push me to that end goal.

ReplyDeleteI agree with you on the keeping a schedule for this class. By figuring out about how long the assignments take each week, I can plan out different times to work on the assignments for this class around my other academic requirements. I think it is great practice for young entrepreneurs because we need to learn how to manage our own schedules and meet deadlines.
I definitely agree to schedule the assignments for this class. Since all the due dates are given beforehand, there is not reason to forget or fail to do an assignment. They can all be schedule around your time, so it is important to plan accordingly. What I have done for myself is to write the assignments in my planner early in the week. I plan to complete them as early as possible, however I give myself space to push the assignment off if I am very busy that week.

ReplyDeleteI think you did overall a great job on this assignment. For this class all the dates for all assignments are given before hands so it would be easy to make a schedule before hand. In the first couple of weeks you can see how long the assignments would take so you can guesstimate for future assignments. This tip is great for anyone not just people in this class.
